I've actually got a few "spaceships" that consist of beads, action figure accessories, miniature guns, spare Tyranid parts, etc., all cobbled together and painted and stuck on a flight base. Okay, so maybe a shoestring dropped haphazardly on the table isn't going to be too convincing, but I can still look at very unrelated things and with a little bit of Froggyvision, I just might be able to turn it into something Star-Wars-appropriate. While I have a collection of assorted Star Wars Micro Machines from ages ago, and one of the players in my group has a large collection of the Fantasy Flight Games "X-Wing" miniatures game (gadzooks but those are expensive!), I find myself having to improvise a bit to fill in the gaps.įortunately, I have learned from Froggy the Great that JUST ABOUT ANYTHING CAN BE A SPACESHIP. I'm running a Star Wars "Edge of the Empire" campaign presently. (Edit: I incorrectly identified the model used.
